Politicians work for us.

Public office is not a throne, a brand deal, or a fan club. It is a job with public obligations.

Voters do not owe politicians automatic loyalty. Politicians owe the public honesty, competence, humility, and accountability. The job is public service, not personal ownership of a seat.
